HOW TO WIN DR. VARNER'S WOODEN NICKEL COOPERATION GAME

At each regularly scheduled appointment, patients have the opportunity to collect WOODEN NICKELS. A wooden nickel will be awarded for each of the following:

Arriving on time.
Having no loose, damaged or broken braces or other appliances.
Having clean teeth when arriving in the office. (Grade of "A")
Showing evidence of excellent cooperation in wearing elastics or head gear as instructed. You must bring the headgear to your appointment and be wearing your elastics to qualify.
BONUS WOODEN NICKEL: When you wear your Dr. Varner T-Shirt (as an outer garment) to your appointment.
